Salem Main Sreets looking toward Heritage Days – August 2010
Join us for Mayor’s Night Out Restaurant Sampler Monday, August 9 starting at Green Land Cafe at 5 p.m. Tickets are $20 and are limited so reserve in advance at (978)744-0004!
On Tuesday, August 10 starting at 6 p.m. join Salem Main Streets for the Ice Scream Bowl on the Salem Common. Sample ice cream from the North Shore’s premier ice cream parlors.
Downtown Salem is the perfect venue for events for the whole community whether tasting ice cream or shopping with the Mayor. Salem Main Streets was involved with bringing over 14 events into the downtown includng the highly successful Salem Arts Festival and the Salem Farmers’ Market. SMS helped develop several new successful events: The Salem Film Festival, Literally Salem: A Literary Festival, Sophia 200! and the Living Green and Renewable Energy Fair. SMS managed the Scooperbowl, Salem’s So Sweet, and Mayor’s Night Out and was involved with the planning and support of numerous other events including the a Salem Open House and Salem State College Night.
