Whether you are looking for pampering, consultations or excercise opportunities Salem Health and Wellness week has something for you. Services range from Complimentary Skin Care consultations and samples at Laura Lanes Skin Care to a total body fitness assessment, three training sessions, and nutrition coaching at Get in Shape for Women. Some services are offered on specific days and times such as Free Hand Paraffin and Sugar Scrub with Bo Body & Soul Massage and Wellness April 12 from 2- 6 p.m.and Free 15-minute private Reiki healings with Judy Copp at A Higher Balance Healing Center April 12 from 5 – 7 p.m.

Two more businesses have joined Salem Health and Wellness Week adding more great promotions and offers for the April 12 – 17 schedule of events for a total of 15 Salem businesses and organizations participating. The Salem YMCA has joined the week offering free use of their Salem facility at any time during Health week for any Salem resident or employee of a Salem business. This includes pool, fitness center and drop-in classes. Also, participating is Lasting Impressions Skin & Nail Boutique who is offering Manicures for 5 dollars (appointments recommended) Saturday, April 17 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Complimentary Mini Facial (appointments recommended) from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Wednesday, April 14.
