Everyone is welcome to participate in the first public workshop for the downtown parking management study. The workshop will be held on Monday, November 16, from 6:00 to 8:30 PM in Old Town Hall. Doors will open at 6:00, and the presentation will begin at 6:30.
Salem Parking Garage
Please note that this is not a typical public hearing. Rather, it is an interactive workshop with participants working with maps in small groups to identify issues and suggest solutions. Each small group’s key points will then be reported out to the whole. The public input will inform the on-going analysis and future recommendations.
A second public workshop will be held on Tuesday, January 12, and a third will be held in February or March.
