The downtown is dressed and ready to go!
Step into downtown Salem and you can’t help but notice the holiday spirit in the air. The holiday wreaths and candy cane ribbon are throughout the downtown. The downtown tree has arrived, it is decorated and looking beautiful. Mayor Driscoll will officially light the tree Friday, November 26 at 6:00 p.m. in Lappin Park at the corner of Essex and Washington St. with music provided by Gulu-Gulu Cafe if weather allows.
The tree lighting is made possible by Salem Main Streets, Cicoria Tree Service, the Meeting House Church, Benjamin Nutter Architect, LLC, Bill’s Auto Body, the City of Salem Department of Public Works, and numerous downtown businesses and volunteers.
