Celebrate the art, beauty and business of writing at the Salem Literary Festival Friday – Sunday downtown Salem. There will be over 50 talented authors, bloggers, booksellers, editors, news-anchors, playwrights, professors, poets, publicists, publishers and storytellers at the 4th annual festival. The festival kicks off Sept. 23 in Rockafella’s Colonial Hall, 227 Essex Street with hors d’oeuvres, cash bar and a reading by Erin Morgenstern author of The Night Circus. The festival continues on Saturday with a Scrabble Tournament, a Literary Agent Panel, workshops and more.
