Jennifer Normant, chef at the Hawthorne Hotel, cooked up a Chicken and Clam stew at the Salem Farmers’ Market. This was a similar dish to the one she prepared on HELL’S KITCHEN but at the market she substituted wine for beer. At the Salem Farmers’ Market Thursday, September 1 there will be a cooking demonstration by local chef Jennifer Normant who is currently appearing on the HELL’S KITCHEN Television show. Jennifer Normant is a chef with the Hawthorne Hotel here in Salem. She currently is on the FOX TV show which airs locally Monday and Tuesday evenings.
