Haunted Happenings officially kicks off with the Salem Chamber of Commerce Grand Parade tonight – Thursday, October 7. The theme this year “Around the World” should lead to many interesting themes and costumes. The parade starts at Shetland Park on Congress Street at 6:30 p.m. and ends at the Salem Common.
