Two more businesses have joined Salem Health and Wellness Week adding more great promotions and offers for the April 12 – 17 schedule of events for a total of 15 Salem businesses and organizations participating. The Salem YMCA has joined the week offering free use of their Salem facility at any time during Health week for any Salem resident or employee of a Salem business. This includes pool, fitness center and drop-in classes. Also, participating is Lasting Impressions Skin & Nail Boutique who is offering Manicures for 5 dollars (appointments recommended) Saturday, April 17 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Complimentary Mini Facial (appointments recommended) from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Wednesday, April 14.

Come join the organizers of the Salem Farmers’ Market for a fundraiser to help us prepare for the 2010 Salem Farmers’ Market. Due to the great success of the Salem Farmers’ Market in 2009 it will be back by popular demand in June 2010. This fundraiser will help with all the costs in making this a reality.
