Looking for a few fun things to do in the city this weekend? Salem has plenty of options. Here are just a few…Stop by Victoria Station/ Vic’s Boathouse this Friday March 9th, for the “Old School 80’s” with DJ TONE spinning the hottest tunes. For art lovers, the “Transformations in Native American Art” that is being shown this weekend at the Peabody Essex Museum, where you’ll see rare historic pieces alongside of some of the finest contemporary work. The exhibit is FREE with museum admission. Also, if you have time for a bit more fun, go check out “ A Midsummer Night’s Dream”, a YMCA production. Tickets can be purchased at the Salem YMCA. Also opening this weekend is Adam Bock’s “Swimming in the Shallows” at Salem Theatre Company.
