In any language, that dark, sweet, guilty pleasure evokes smiles from young and old alike. Especially on Valentine’s Day. And very much so during our Salem’ s So Sweet Festival, Feb. 8-14.
For our opening night kick-off on Feb. 8, we are still soliciting restaurant, ice cream shop and wine store participants that would benefit from showcasing their special menu offerings of chocolate – be it cake, pie or chocolate covered items, or a special wine.
Salem’s So Sweet is in its 11th year and there has always been a full house of chocolate lovers on hand to sample table after table of sweets. And with all the recent news indicating that dark chocolate and red wine can be part of a heart-healthy diet, we expect another sold out night.
