Salem 5 will be the weekly market sponsor. Don’t miss Dance Etc. performance of Thriller at 5:30 and 6:30.  This dance performance will be ending the market season for the third year has become a popular market tradition.

Mark your calendars for the opening of the Winter Farmers’ Market Thursday, November 10 at 2 p.m. (an hour earlier than the summer market) and for the market fundraiser Monday, November 7 at 62 Restaurant and Winebar. For more information or to volunteer contact Jennifer at (978)744-0004 or Jennifer@salemmainstreets.org.

There will be a two-week interval between the last day of the summer Market and the start of the new Winter Market on Thursday, November 10th. Make sure you stock up on all your farm fresh favorites as well as baked goods and other locally sourced foods for the weeks without a market!

Along with crisp produce, baked treats and other fresh and organic foods, the last market will feature an annual performance of Michael Jackson’s “Thriller” by Dance, Etc., complete with zombies and all!  Don’t miss your chance at an encounter with the living dead-they will be invading the market twice, at 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.
