On August 20th, Mayor Kim Driscoll along with Executive Director, Rinus Oosthoek, Jennifer Bell, Salem Main Streets Manager and Lynn Duncan, director of the department of Planning and Community Development for the City of Salem to name a few; welcomed both Kim Tenenbaum and Yadira Ramos with their official Ribbon Cutting.
